Putnam Chevrolet charge me $225. The issue wasn’t fix and also the service person told me the the parts is discontinued. They didn’t tell me to check with other dealership or they could have done that. I don’t think charging me for something that wasn’t fixed is right. Please refund that money back to me. Thanks

My 2021 Chevy Malibu had to be towed to Putnam GM and your folks squeezed me in on short notice. Once a new battery was installed and a diagnostic run on the car, Putnam detailed the car nicely for me. I much appreciated these gestures. I was surprised though that I received no warranty or any info on the new battery installed. I have no record of this for my personal auto files.

The guy I dealt with was super nice and efficient. My car was done in a timely manner however they did not wash my car which is usually a part of the prepaid package I paid for.

Our Service Manager, Jose, was great as usual! And I met Anthony, the Service Technician, who did a great job on the 45,000-mile service. And, I loved getting a clean car upon picking it up!
