Engine was started up with oil cooler lines disconnected. Interior panel clip was broken causing rattling. Panel was replaced but color does not match. When said panel was replaced technician left grease oily finger and hand prints on light colored head liner on both passenger and driver side. Dropped truck off on 7/28/26 for 100k service, front brakes ac compressor and oil cooler line. Had to take truck back for dripping oil and rattle . Got back only to find hand pints on headliner. Service manager had truck detailed. Finally got truck back 7/2/226. Frustration only cost $9k +

I dropped off my vehicle at my convenience the night before. My vehicle was serviced a.m. next day and ready before noon. We were notified when completed, great communication.
Picked up vehicle after work about 1/2 before closing and my vehicle was ready and waiting.
Reviewed paperwork with service rep and discussed all that was completed at time of service.
Everyone was courteous and professional.

Jacob Barnes was very patient and explained things to me, especially how the service app worked and stayed on the call with me as I navigated it. I made mistakes and he had to resend it to me several times as he stayed on the call with me.
