Bad communication as to when you are starting and finishing the work on my truck

Just an overall good experience. Car was delivered when promised and all items were fixed to my satisfaction. It was good to see my former Audi service advisor (Mark Martinez) managing the service area at Putnam Chevrolet.

Efficient and friendly check in. All requested services completed. Provided Uber ride to and from home.

The service tech who helped was very nice and kept me updated on the repairs. However, I was a little disappointed that I was not given/offered a loaner car for my duration of the service. I was also quoted an extremely high out of pocket cost to replace my front headlight (over $900!) and for the replacement of the rear rotors and brakes. (Again over 900!) This is just absolutely ridiculous pricing and I immediately declined those services. I was really hoping for a more affordable quote. I spent a fraction of the cost elsewhere.
