Jose was friendly and extremely helpful/clear in the options we had with the service to our Impala. I felt he had our best interest at heart, when explaining the work that needed to be done. The video provided during this process about the work that was needed was really good as well. I appreciate the fast service in getting our car back to us! Thank you!

I’m a frequent flyer when it comes to having my truck serviced at Putnam GMC. Unfortunately out of all the trucks I’ve owned this one is somewhat of a lemon. So my issues are mainly with the truck itself. The staff, service advisors, and service manager have always taken care of me. The latest issue dealt with a mistake made by a service tech. Daryl and Frank, made good on the issue and got the problem corrected. I appreciate what they did. Frank also was able to get another issue covered by my extended warranty. Thanks you for that.
