    Customer Service Specialist Jose was very informative and walked us through the entire process from pricing and how long the vehicle would need to stay. Along with Jose his Manager Mark was awesome in making sure we were getting the right part and also what we needed to know of what other information we needed. They really took care of us from the beginning to the end.

    This service was associated with a recall that required a dealer installed software update. The update took two full days to complete (vs. the 2-3 hours I was told to plan on) due to multiple failed attempts to download the software properly. I was provided with a loaner vehicle, for which I was grateful. The service staff at Putnam was courteous and helpful as I have now come to expect. The only reason I did not give a five star rating is because I never received a call from the service department advising me of the delay and its cause. I suggest that, in the future, when conditions like this arise, a courtesy call providing the vehicle status be made to facilitate activity planning on my end.
